how to use EDGE and PYRO???
maybe its touchy. see the thing is its not staying around 1200 it just goes there for about half a second and then backs off when i let off throttle and i mean BACKS OFF. it goes from 1200 - 800 in about .75 of a second
i tried it again. all seems good. its just touchy which is good. it spikes to like 1300 FAST but it stays around 900-1000 after a few seconds. itsprobably the initial heat of compression and fuel that a guy is seeing on the screen
Man i have almost the same setup as you but im stacking with the power pup and with it on 2 and Juice on 5 i dont see 1300 at all. Somethings up. Granted i dont stay in mine long cause clutch is going out but i still dont see 1300.
That's a whole lot of timing with the Power Pup on 2 and the Juice on 5.
I'm not quite sure how you are getting the temps that high. I've never seen mine get above 1400. With a steady cruise at 65 on a level highway around 600-650 degrees but, then again, I live at 1020 ft elevation.
So a couple questions
1) Where do you live? The higher you are, the higher the temps can go.
2) Where exactly do you have your pyro installed?
3) Did Edge send you a new pyro when you sent the box in? It's possable the pyro is giving an inaccurate reading and your EGT's aren't really that hot.
EDIT: Ooops. I didn't see you have a new probe up there. Sorry!

i live in saskatchewan canada, edge sent me a whole new system(version, attitude etc..) with New harness and pyro. Pyro is in manifold between 3 and 4. mine never gets over 1400 either
-20 degrees celcius today where i live
-around town mine is at 400-450 steadily all day long.
-highway at 65 mph empty it reads 650-795 ish
-if I pass someone at 65 mph and stomp her to floor on level 1 itll jump to 1300 ish on the screen, (my alarm will beep) and it kinda drops to 1200 ish until I let off of pedal and resume back to 65 mph. After it reaches 1200 ish range it drops back to like 500 in probably 3 seconds maybe 2. Is it the spike at the heat of initial compression that im reading?

I would see a max of 1400-1450° on my Attitude monitor. Wasn't too worried about it. I've also heard that the monitor can be up to 100° off. Not sure on the truth to that story though. If all you see is 1400° and you have an 04.5, I wouldn't worry too much about it personally. I saw 1400° when my truck was completely stock.

what can i do to make that a runable stack? lift pump?
