Having a product that everyone wants/needs is every small business owners dream. The blessing is cash is being thrown at you faster than you know what to do with it. The curse turnaround time, being shorthanded on parts & help, extremely long hours, etc. begin to cause problems that not everyone is going to understand in an environment of the "want it now" mentality.

As he's proven again and again John's a stand up guy ...I'm sure when its time to upgrade or replace my CP3, I know who I'm calling.

Very refreshing to see a builder w/ these b@lls and courage you speak of. Most would avoid this thread like the plague if they were the thread topic. John, good to see man!!!! Talk about negative advertising turning positive big time! As said above "and now the rest of the story"

FWIW I thought I would throw my .02 in. I have talked with John a little in the past few days about this very thing. (not you guys personaly just the whole turnaround issue) and believe me he is doin everything he can to get these pumps out. He is workin weekends and long hours. I know it is frustraiting waiting for a product but there is two sides to every story.

I hope you get your pumps soon and John keep up the good work.
