i know this has probably been asked a million times over, but i've looked through 30 pages of threads and can't find anything close. i just finished installing my isspro gauges (pyro & boost) and the exhaust and intake are next. i wanted to know what kind of box or mod i could do that is relatively inexpensive that won't shred the factory clutch and will give me some of that black stuff we all want i know how much stuff you can really get into with mods, like DD clutches, twins, water meth etc. i'm just lookin for some smoke, a little bit more power and something that won't shred my clutch. truck only has 6000 miles, not ready to change a clutch yet. exhaust will be an mbrp muffler with the kitty deleted of course and an afe stage 2 PG 7. thanks.

 

I run the edge juice with attitude have it set on level 3 and set the pre turbo on 4 for faster Acceleration and I get pleanty of smoke

 

bd triple dog on crazzy larry and lug it, you can always turn it back down so u dont trash the clutch

 

I know alot of guys like smoke, but to me it's just wasted energy and money. Wow... I sound like Gale Banks...

 

I agree the bully dog will give you some good smoke.You can run it on performance and get a little smoke, but also get better fuel mileage.

 

would this be the power pup with the crazy larry program. i saw it on DPPI for $475, sound right?

 

I tried Edge/Attitude and switched to BullyDog TripleDog. BullyDog on performance smokes good at low rpm's, switch to extreme and get even more. I run the performance setting all the time because I am not ready to buy a new clutch either.

 

ive got the triple dog, its cool because you can change it on the fly, and the crazzy larry setting is a free download, it dosent have it out of the box

edge juice w/ att set on 5-5 and stacked with the power pup on performance and i smokes like a bar w%ore. i lost performance from the tow setting though....... but it really really smokes......
