HO or SO

How can I tell if a 2003 CTD is a High Output or STD output? Are the 48RE Trannys mated to only HO's? Window sticker says nothing other than 5.9l 24v diesel,
Found nothing on searches~

Look at the sticker on the upper driver's side of the engine. It will say there...

Like he said. Look at drivers side of Valve cover. If it says " 305Hp, and 555 TQ" its an HO

the 48re did come on a few 03 SO. starting after jan 1, 2003 they put the 48re in everything.
