It seems as though every box now has some form of in cab adjustability.
I am not a huge fan of this, usually means drilling, sticking to or somehow defacing your dash board.
I Remember back to my 02 Dodge, a 65 horse edge box was perfect, plug-n-play, in, and out in 5 minuites, no switches, dials, monitors, just good power, excellent fuel mileage, low egt's, and nothing to worry about.
Quad, I know you make a plug-n-play box, and I know you require that the module be in the cab, but I don't understand why no one has made a timing/duration box, so the power curve comes in lower, and the fuel pressure is not as high.
I have no experience with your product first hand, and from what I read it is an excellent box, but I like a few of my friends that have used pressure boxes, ie. Edge EZ, and predator, and havebeen displeased, due to injector warranty issues, and blown pressure relief valves.
I have not heard these complaints about your product, but you know the drill, once snake bit, always weary of snakes.
I guess my question is, are you working on any timing/duration type boxes, if so, I would really be interested in one, something similar to your xzt box, but no pressure.
I hope I have not offended anyone, and Quad, I am not trying to single you out, I have spoken to you directly, back in the beta stages, when I signed on to be a tester, and missed out.
You were more than helpful, and I appreciated the information, this is why I ask you.

 

We are working on it right now.

In the very near future you will see a duration/timing box and you will also see a timing only box.

Then you will see some stuff that is even different than the above mentioned products.

We are trying not to get too many irons in the fire and make sure we get products out 1 by 1.

The next thing being released is the 98.5-02 box and the monitor. We revamped the older module to use new technology and so that they will be able to be used with a monitor and be able to be purchsed at a reasonable cost.

What kind of power is the 98.5-02 box gonna make, Quad. EZ levels, or Comp/TST levels??
