I have downloaded to my computer the new upgrades both with and without Crazy Larry but cannot seem to move them from the computer to the BDDL???
I am no computer guru but I can hold my own, I am stumpped unless I am missing a driver for the BDDL. Help???

 

Did you do the initial step to install the downloader as a hardware device?? What happens when you run the update application??

 

My computer did not recognize the device; where did you get the driver for it?

Thanks guys I emailed BD for the drivers. I will let you know but I think that is the fix.
