Getting ready to finish preparing the truck before I do the twins. I'll be running everything in my sig plus either an S475 or S480 on top. I need to know if I need hardcore headstuds or if the $500 ARP ones are enough. Also what kind of springs do I need. And if there is anything else I'm forgetting to do before I get the twins please let me know. I really don't want to deal with a blown head gasket or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

since you are doing twins i would say it is woth the extra money to go with the 625 studs. for the springs what cam are you gonna be running?

 

625's, Hamilton 110# springs. Done.

 

don't you have to make the holes larger to use the 625 studs???

 

Yeah thats a good question. Do you have to enlarge the holes for the 625s?

 

No you don't need to enlarge holes.
We didn't even bottom tap my holes
for the 625s.
