well Denmar, I am beat. It was nice chattin with ya. Keep the questions coming and we will help ya in anyway we can. Welcome to the forum.
Hey denmar the blue HID lights look coolest but they actually give you the worst visibility from inside the cab. White HID is the best for vis but if I were converting mine I'd prolly have to go with the blue
HID's are different colors depending on the output. The "12000K" puts out a violet/blue light http://www.hid-sin.com/12000k.htm probably like what you're wanting on your hubby's rig whereas the 3000K puts out a yellow light http://www.hid-sin.com/3000k.htm. I'm not sure if any of the kits from this website will work on our Dodges because I haven't seriously looked at converting mine over yet but you can learn a lot about HID from their website http://www.hid-sin.com/ I had HID's on my previous truck and did not like the fact that there were no high beams but that was several years back when I put those on. I think now they have HID kits with hi and low beams for more $$$

Don't pay attention Denmar, as you will come across goofballs everywhere you go, and here on DTR is no different. The good thing is they are far and few between.
Now, back to the truck:
Everyone so far has offered great idea's, and should get ya in the right direction. Also, some more idea's for your truck, as we do not know what you have and do not have (add your truck with as much info as you have to your sig to help us out)
Looks:
Spray in bed liner
Smoked cab lights
Tinted windows
Dropin toolbox
Fab Four Bumpers
Billet Fuel door
Performance:
Air intake
4" Turbo back exhaust with 5" exhaust tip
Programmer
Gauges
And there is NO such thing as a stupid question, the ONLY stupid question is the one that is NOT asked! Good luck
ON edit: Be careful, as you may THINK you are doing a good thing with your husband's truck, BUT, once started, you/he will NOT stop
It is amazing how much $$$$$$ can be spent on our trucks!
thank you to everyone for taking time answering my questions, I 've already pretty much desided on lights, liner, grill and side fenders, made arrangements for two tone paint with some cool graphics. I do realize it will cost me some seriouse $$$. But tell you the truth I probably drive his truck as much as he does, I love to drive the truck more then my car..... seems you get more respect on higways.
Thanks again
Thanks again
Maybe your husband is in need of some nice floor liners or a dash cover? No one wants ripped up/stained carpets or a cracked dash from heat on a $30,000+ truck.
Window tent would be real nice aswell. Something so simple will make a night and day difference.
I personally wouldn't start bombing the engine for him. He may not want a $600 programmer or something stuck on his truck. Some people are real picky on what parts are put on their rides.
