Hey guys,

I was looking under my hood and found a sticker on the rad support that states:

"Service Note: Fuel system has been modified from original configuration, for sreviceable components please refer to parts catalogue"

Anyone know what this means? What would be modified? I bought the truck at a dealership and just noticed the sticker. Thanks.

Off hand I would think it means that the filter mounted lift pump was probably changed to the in tank version but I'm only speculating. Look on the back side of the fuel filter housing. If the pump is no longer there then that is probably what that sticker means.

 

Cool, I'll check it out, hopefully the LP was moved to the tank!

 

I had the intank pump installed on my truck and that same sticker appeared under my hood when I got my truck back. I would say that your truck had the same thing done.
