Be patient, they will get back with you. Like don, most of his vendors are a 1 man show.

 

The pm's are 3 wks old as of this week, the messages to the 2 vendors are over a week old!! I believe in patience, but this is getting nuts. Lot's of good comments about 'service after the sale,' that's great....now how about a little service before the sale?

 

Gotta remember, these fellas get LOTS of Pm's, some are bound to slip through the cracks.

Give Bob a call, great guy to work with, he has been without power for a few days due to the storm up here, but is back in business now. he is the NW distributor and can/will help alot.
