Exhaust options

I have a stock 05 exhaust, and wonder if anyone makes a performance
drop in muffler with the original muffler offsets, so I can just unclamp, and clamp the new one it with the stock tail piece right from the cat., I don't need a cat back with fancy tailpipe, just a little bit louder muffler seeing my cat. blew out already. I think a straight thru might be a bit too much without the cats. restriction. I wonder if Flowmaster makes a muffler that's not straight thru?

Nelson muffler from Cumins = $67
A couple 45º offsets welded together ($20 each?) and you're done, you'll regret the muffler delete.
