Has anyone installed an exhaust brake on the '06 48re "Up Here"? Interested in types, and approx. cost.

 

I had a Jake exhaust brake installed on my truck by the dealer when I purchased the truck. I think I paid about $1,600 installed. Havn't towed with it yet, but I think it will do a nice job based on how it feels when driving empty.

I have an 06 r48re with a dealer installed exhaust brake. I love it use it daily empty helps some. just coasting off ramps it helps.
