Well, finally got around to getting to the shop early enough that they had enough time for me to play on the dyno. I didn't get a chance to hack off the stock muffler, but got a "base-line" of that. I was trying different things. I removed the airbox lid, and set it on it's side so it could suck as much air as it wanted in. It added .5hp.

I videotaped all the dyno runs, Merrick makes funny faces while dyno'ing. I just thought I'd add that

I'll edit this post when I post up the vids. Also, these #'s were made without a fan infront of the vehicle, but the hood WAS up because we kept trying to get a tach signal from an injector wire. We set it to 248, and it worked fine for idle, and high idle, but for the actual dyno run, it was showing something like 6-7krpm.
