dual exhaust ?

I am pondering the thought of getting duals put on my 2500. Mainly to help it breathe better and for the sound. I don't have alot info or expertise in this area, so I wanted to know if there is a better brand that will hold up than another, or are they all about the same? Also, to have installed, what price seems reasonable? Thanx in advance...Jamie

Duals dont breath any better than singles, just for your your info. I think that one of the more popular out there is the mbrp systems. The cool duals are expensive I think here in canada it is like 1200 or something,, I think you can get the exact price from thier website,, www.mbrp.com ( i think)

contact Larry Ellis, the guy that runs this site, he has exceptional deals on his systems from MBRP, I got mine from him. Make sure you get the stainless steel and not the aluminized. It shipped out of Dallas/FW, TX area so I got mine the next day since I am in TX also. I had origionally got one off ebay that never showed up, got $180 back from paypal and had some friends track the guy down at his address in AZ and get the rest of the money for me the fun way. I payed $680 or something like that on ebay and Larry had very competitive pricing, I dont really remember but it was competitive to the ebay sales. Much better service for sure and VERY fast shipping. It also came with the big stainless steel tips.

I also did the install myself which was not too bad but I ended up having to take it to the muffler shop because of a weird turn down on the pipe after the cat. He put in a delete pipe where the cat was and welded it all up for $60.
