Will they operate in a normal fashion on a "Mildly Modified" truck? I'm so used to a HRVP (2001) and funny thing always happening with idle, etc.... Hey John, what would you rather mod, a 6.7L CP3 or a 5.9L CP3? I have one of each but don't know which one to send you yet???? I'm just starting to build up my 07' and I figured this is a good start....

From what I understand it doesn't matter which pump. Always send him the one with the lowest mileage on it.

Thats what I pretty much have to do. And after doing alot of talking with several posters here and on the phone I am going with Floor it. I just hate it that I got my truck built, and was sitting where I wanted to be, and a bunch of sissies voted me out of the club.

For a long time there have been very well respected posters on here foreshawdowing and making statements such as "when the 3rd gens get things figured out it will be tough on other trucks". While I think we have a ways to go yet, I feel that this blackballing vote agaisnt me is proof that 3rd gen trucks are well on the way to being king. It also proves that we got some pretty good prognosticators

Does anyone offer a larger rail-feed pipe - or dual feed-pipes, like for dual CP3's, but Y'ed to a single?

hmm, can we get some more info here? I can understand with high HP street driving the cp3 would be better, but for pulling there is no way the cp3 wins.

If you were to put on a stage 3 or a stage 4 (coming soon??) CP3 on a lightly modified truck, would there be any ill effects for daily driving??

Will john's new "stg 4" pump hold up for DD? Theres already a stg 4 pump out, who's name not be said, but it's not recommended for a DD. The stg 4 could be a good option for strictly pullers and drag trucks

If it's who i think, our Stage 3 flows more than that one and ours is a daily driver. We are planning that our Stage 4 will be a DD, now our Stage 5 might be another story

it probably is who you are thinking, and i would'nt recommend them by any means after a few talks with them. Only two i would recommend one company i run and floor it. What size fluxs do you think the stg 4 and 5 will support?

John, what would you recomend as the highest to go to for a mildly modified truck. Is a stage 3 plenty to go to 600hp? Thanks man...

Stage 4 should have no problem with Flux 5's, any bigger, then the Stage 5 pump.

I would recomend the Stage 3, great response, great daily driver with out having to add pressure. Add pressure and that lets you grow with injectors size. The Stage 3 by itself and enough air has put down 800hp.
