Ultra scary larry is Scary Larry.

Bullydog and lots of customers were calling Crazy Larry with torque management deleted Scary Larry....so distinguish between the two, scary larry was referred to as ultra scary crazy insane larry, whatever adjectives were handy.

yes Kingd did some motor damage with Scary Larry....

it is an insane amount of timing, thats for sure. Wherever you buy the Scary Larry from, you are supposed to go through a talk about NOT stacking any other timing altering device. Kingd admits in his post he stacked scary larry with a TST. all of this is old news....

Why did you give up on Scary '4x4? You were very high on it a month ago?

I know you cant stack a timing box onto the scary larry but just a pressure box is fine right?

i have more ideas

a programmer alone doesn't pull very hard on the top end...a module does well at that. Scary Larry will provide all of the power i want on the lower end, but still it can't compensate for top end power. from 70-100, basically all the extra power i have is from more air from my SPS62....maybe a little kick from the bullydog but nothing drastic. i am confident my hot juice on my stock turbo would beat scary larry from about 50-100mph.

Jess:

One of the DTR Members said you fried four (4) pistons in your 05'. Is that true or just rumor?? Also if it happened can you let us know what you think caused the damage??

Thanks.
