Commander update software won't install
I'm having a had time getting the Commander update software to install. I get all the way to where it tells me to connect the Commander and the it said (No Commanders were detected). I've tried it on 4 different computers and tried 3 different cords. Alway to that same point and then, (No Commanders were detected). What's up, can someone help me?

Make sure you let the program run and do not hook your Commander up to the computer until you are told to do so. Also check the version on the commander, that will tell you for sure if the update took, it should say 1.3. If none of that works, start from scratch and download it again from the website. The last thing I could think of is how old is your commander? You might have a beta tester which can not take the update. IM Quad your serial number and he would know for sure. Good Luck

2 things can happen.
1.) you have a beta version. This can be fixed easily but, it has to come to us for a re-flash.
2.)somehow windows tried to install its own drivers. You can also fix this by going into the Control Panel. Then click on system. Next click the hardware tab and then the device manager button. Once you are in there you will see a list of all devices installed. One of them may have a yellow question mark. This is typically found under the Universal Serial Bus Controllers list.
Let me know if that helps.

Just a update on my update install problem. I spoke with Quadzilla tech and they have excellent customer service. They walked me through the install step by step. Helped me clear my computer and we tried everything, Ends up they are sending me a new Commander. Looks like there is something wrong with the USB port (I think thats what it's called). But let me say it again, Quadzilla's customer service is the best I've ever had.
