I have the Edge EZ, set on 4. It has never set a code, or had or created any problems that i know of on my ride. I would upgrade the intake and exhaust or get an EGT gauge, or all.

My PG7 works just fine, the big cone kit, bought off of ebay. I have no complaints and would recommend one. You might also want to look at the Scotty III air intake. I think www.wildcatdiesel.com sells them.

Does any one know how the predator stage one compares to a EZ set on level 1? Do they run the stock rail pressures? 100 ft/lbs more torque would be great if it did not effect the longevity of the motor?

Stage one is 50hp, I think it is more than an E.Z. on one. I like mine alot. My mileage is a bit better and it made a noticeable improvement in power, Boost builds more quick and to a higher peak than stock. It does not boost fool but doesn't need to so I think it would be harder to detect for warranty reasons. After my warranty is up and I upgrade the Trans I will might stack it with a timing or duration box.

Are there any EGT problems with the stage one predator on a stock truck?

We have had very good results with the Banks Six-Gun and Scotty Ram Air III. The Scotty cold air intake is definately worth doing and with the new 2-stage foam filter it stops plenty of dirt.

I actually have not towed yet, but with my AFE air intake and 4" muffler EGT's are not an issue. You would be fine even without gauges.
