Are you talking about a P1740 Code?
It seems to be a fairly common code when you have a tighter than stock Torque converter. It is thrown because the ECM does not see enough of a drop in RPM's when the Converter locks.
Mine usually does it when I drive like a Grandpa, if I drive it a little harder, I don't get the code. Driving in Tow/Haul also seems to help prevent it.
