Can't Wait!!

Well By next week My Truck will be Back together. The Flux 3.3's will be in and The Floor It stg 2 pump. I can't wait!!!!!! Just wanted to get other Diesel addicts opinion how this set-up is gonna be. On the street, Highway, and etc. I'm going to pull a few Times But nothing crazy. I know it's going to get a bit toasty with my Turbo. I have a manual tranny so spool up is quite easy but just curios on the amount of smoke it's gonna be pooring. I've Runnig Smarty on 9 since I got it but I might have to turn it down or switch to the knewest software with low egt's and better mileage. I'm running standard software now and it works very well with the puck. I'm guessing my tunning is going to have to be Way different with this set-up as opposed to before. My driving habits are probably gonna have to change as well. Yours opinions and expierences are welcome.

Chris I ran 3.5's with a stage 2 pump from John. Although 3.5's are a touch larger, and in the mix I had small twins. My experience with them all good.
Towing with a moderate tq was a breeze, good power little smoke. I even found towing with no electronics was smoother and easier to drive.
Not sure how your turbo spools now? Larger sticks and more pressure should help the cause.
Having a six speed you can dictate the smoke and as you said the new versions maybe best suited for your application. They perform real well on the street and highway. Good response and decent mileage.
As for temps, I had no real issues. Again this a direct result of twins and a intercooler.
Pretty sure you will be happy, there are some others running the same combo...maybe they will chime in.

Thanx for the Info. Pump Just came in a few hours ago just waiting for the injectors from Don. Spool up with SB is really quite easy and not very Laggy If you drive it correctly. So the more fuel should really help. Our buddy Lloyd Mills(Mid-Atlantic Diesel) has been a lot of help.
