Bullydog outlook moniter UPDATE!
After a few phone calls to BD customer service in texas they forwarded my complaint on my BD outlook moniter (the 2nd one that took a dump)to Idaho and I spoke to Jason Klawson(part owner of BD)and he is sending me the new updated tripledog outlook moniter free of charge.Finally good customer service,coobie

Yep jason is a good help but has a tendency to forget about you Buddy is the only person and i mean only person i have ever been able to consistently get ahold of and is glad to help he is the man.

Easy on my tech there big guy. I can forget sometimes too and the only reason I have so much time on my hands is Jason takes most of the tech calls around here. Thanks for sayin I'm the man though.
