Boyd Coddington 18x10s
Boyd Coddington 18x10s
Hey guys, I got a lead on some 18x10 Boyds with lik 5.5 backspacing - they came off a H2 supposedly... How hard is it to get these machined to fit my trucks hub... or should I get the hub machined down, so they can still be H2 ready? Would this be a good fit for my truck... im going with a leveling kit and 33 ATZs poissibly - If I get the rims.
if its an 8 lug wheel, it should fit w/ no problem. the h2 uses a semi-floating 8 lug axle, that why the h2 wheels dont fit a dodge. 8 lug wheels are generally built for full-floaters, so the center shouldnt be a concern.
I do think the center opening could be a concern. you need to check the center hole opening. it needs to be large enough to fit over the hubs. you also need to check out the center cover, will it cover the rear hub....
I also looked into their wheels at one time and they said only 4.5 backspacing. That could of changed though.
Just put them on if you can and check the fit.
It would be cool if they fit, keep us posted. Good luck
