I was thinking about getting a box or module or tuner or ? What I'm looking for is something to give a little more power/ MPG. I don't really want to get gauges or anything else. Is it possible to get away w/out gauges? If so, what do ya'll recommend? Also, I would like something I can uninstall before taking into dealership for warranty work. I know, I know warranty, shmarranty. Ya'lls advice is greatly appreciated. '06 2500 QC 4x4 auto.

 

i just put a quad xzt in mine. its an economy chip that ads 65hp. ur supposed to get 1-3 more mpg. but if u really use that 65hp u'll lose the mpg....duhhh... 65hp doesnt seem like a whole lot but its amazing the difference for such a small box. easy to install also. i bought mine from 2-stroke on hear so if u want a 2nd oppinion about it hes the one to ask. but he will tell u the same thing i just did. good luck and create a signature if ur gonna stay on this website. it helps.

 

I was told from a buddy who is a mechanic for dodge, If there's a box that was once hooked up. they can tell.

If it ever got to that point where there's a doubt they will call DC in and they will send there big boys down to check into it and they'll find out if there ever was a box on it. Thus voided warranty.
