Well I just finish installing my gauges last night and I gotta say they look awesome. Now I have a few questions, especially in regards of the boost gauge. It seems that the gauge barely moves from the 0 mark while driving around town 35 mph. WOT got all the way to around 24 while cruising at 65 mph very little throttle it was around 5 but as soon as I let go of the throttle down to 0 instantly. Its this right or should I look into something else. Thanks in advance.

I'm kind of new to the diesel world, and I need to educate myself a little bit more.

 

sounds right on to me too... the turbocharger is a heat/pressure engine. the more load you put on the engine, the more heat & pressure you get in the exhaust, the faster the turbine will drive the compressor.... no load no boost, lots of load, lots of boost...

 

Keep in mind hot-side turbine-size plays a role as well. You can get almost 1psi of boost at 120mph if you let off the gas
