i just got my predator/ puck stack, and wondering if a boost elbow is a dangerous thing to put on there. i have got gauges on the way, just waitin to put them in before i install the rest

 

Itd be safer with the boost elbow. You'll be able to reduce egt's with the higher boost. Of course you wont know any of that without the gauges.

 

I was using that combo on my 03 and I had plenty of boost and HP on the Extreme setting 34lbs, but the heat was there (wide open 1600*). No boost elbow. When I switched back to the Triple Dog the boost dropped 5lbs and less power, but the egt's were staying a little lower to....
