Billet output
Does anyone know if someone makes a BILLET output shaft for a 2wd tranny?
What I'd really like to know is if Opie makes one, that way I won't have to worry about it breaking:cool: CRIS |
You could always call opie and ask him.

Any new info. on this question?

All three billet shafts installed in my 48re came from Piers. Same 48re in 2wd or 4wd.

Thats new to me. I didn't know that the outputs are the same for a 2wd and 4wd. I can't see how they can be the same because the trannies are different lenghts. The 2wd is like 12" longer.
Can you get me the part #s for both the 2wd and the 4wd outputs. Thanks CRIS |

Thanks for your help.
From what I have seen, the input and the inter are the same but the outputs are different. If you can find one that would be a great help. CRIS |
md,
Sorry, I spoke with Piers and they have discontinued sales on all transmission parts and builds. So I think that puts you back to the normal name brand manufacturers. |
