bigorange joins the blown motor club

well my motor went byby , so my question is were the best place to send the parts to get them mechined, and what I shoud have done like balanceing ,decking block and fly cut pistons, lowering compression an so on . my goal is 800+hp but still need to drive it to work every day any tips would help .

588hp 1300tq but that was with a bad lift pump never got back to dyno after fixing the fuel problem .

Your going to need more air for sure... Nice set of twins, add a pressure box, and you should be on your way. If that doesn't work take off your Smarty and put on the PPE Hot 2 tune... Should be way over 800+ then..

I would find a reputable local shop, long distance relationships rarely work out

Well I'm sure you know Harry at Peak Diesel in Langley he may be able to suggest a shop to get the work done or you could get ahold of of Piers he is now working for BD in Abbotsford both of them have been around for awhile so they should be able to point you in the right direction. Side note what caused your motor to let go?

blow by pushed the oil out of the motor and well no oil is bad, the worst part is that I was just driving down the highway and didnt notic any thing no noice,or nothing untel zero oil pressure , and once i stoped white smoke and that was that.

I would suggest you talk to Piers, ( Langley area ) I am sure he can arrange any level of power you desire and the list of people he has built motors for is pretty extensive. Good people to boot.
