BD Tows switch to R700's.

What can I expect when I switch to the R700 from the tow twins. Will I see more top end, boost, HP ect..... What will the kit come with. Is the s400 louder than the s300 that getting replaced. I seen 560wrhp on the dyno with my DDP 50's, as you can see I just installed 90's.

After I did the upgrade I noticed less turbo noise. With the tow twins the turbos screamed. With the 700 twins they still scream but not as loud. You can definitely hear my truck coming up the road as opposed to some single turbo duramax. . . It sounds powerful.

I do have much more top end power. Not too sure about egts. I'm still making tuning adjustments. Smarty egts not too bad. When I use the TST powermax the egts will spike.

I'm looking into an intercooler upgrade. I all ready use water injection.

It looks like I am making similar if not exact upgrades. I am replacing my DDP 50's with 90's and upgrading my tow twins to a R700. I am also upgrading to II's dual CP3 kit with my current Arson CP3. I also Dyno'd exactly 560 1150 ftlbs my last go around. I haven't ordered everything yet and maybe I should wait to see how yours runs.

How do you like the 90's? I am not sure these two twins can get much above 560hp no matter how much fuel you throw at them.

The max for the tow twins on my truck was about 580rwhp. I have since put flux 2's stage 2 cp3 and have not really gained much horsepower. With just a smarty my egt's stay about 1200 but if I turn on the tst it will peg the 1600 gauge. My dirve pressure also goes to around 75-80psi with only about 52 psi boost. I'm currently working on a custom set of twins and the bottom turbo will be a t6 s400.

Highrpms, I like the 90's alot. Very good temps, smooth idle and smooth acceleration. I want to get it on the dyno. Like I said the day prior to the switch out from the 50's I dynoed 560. Truck drives alot smoother because I believe I had more air than fuel before. Going to do a stage II pump as well.(Dragonslayer)
