Anyone running DPP injectors?
Anyone running Dynomite Diesel injectors?
Before I take the plunge, I wanted to here from those who are running these. What is to be expected. I've heard that honed injectors seem to not like a lot of pressure. Will these be ok with the mods I have listed in my sig. I'm going to have the 70hp nozzles installed. If the power is good, and EGT's are kept in check I will probly ditch my BDPP.

I had mine honed to about 70 HP and Im runnin it with the quad standard box.
I run it on the 1st or 2nd setting most of the time due to EGTs gettin a bit high but I have run it on the 100hp setting and it ran great. I get a bit of injector noise with the quad box on but I had run the quad box on the 100 HP setting for about 10 000 kms prior to havin the injectors done and it didnt cause any issues. My truck is much smoother now at idle and WOT. It does get a bit warm but Im goin to upgrade to a sps 62/14 w exh manifold and probably an intercooler so that will keep the EGTs in check. I may also add in a PDR towing cam too as it is supposed to make the truck run a whole lot better and lower the EGTs approx 100* under load. The Hone job to 70 HP is not that much so it should not cause any long term issues but I could see some issues with goin over 100 HP in the long run.

So what temp were you seeing on your egt gauge? I allready see 1580* at the end of a 1/4mi. run and was told thats fine for short durations. The tech just called me a while ago and said the inectors looked like they only had half the mileage than actual. I guess the fuel aditives I've been using aren't snake oil after all.
