Seems to me like you could fool the dealer into thinking it was a "highflow cat."

Plus it would move it even farther forward (which yields better results), remove that cat (obviously), and wouldn't mess with the piping between the cat and muffler. Then you could put in what ever muffler you want, or a MDP.

Just a thought.
