Airdog and AFE exhaust are on (Sound Clip!)
Got my exhaust and Air Dog 100 on last week. Made a sound clip of the exhaust the other day.
Heavy acceleration take off at about 20 seconds, drive by at 1:15, and light acceleration at 2 min.

For those who are observing, I have a 5" rolled edge angle cut tip that I need to get welded on.
This is part # 49-12004 (4" turbo back aluminized for 04.5-07). I used the 04.5 elbow to mount this exhaust. Fit well but the tranny dipstick had to be bent a tad to fit the downpipe. And that downpipe clamp is kind of a PIA. Exhaust system uses band style clamps that work well.
The muffler is large and straight through. See pictures below.
Exhaust is nice and quiet. Can't really tell with the windows up. Roll the windows down and you can tell. That is how I like it as these 3rd gens just don't sound any were near as good as my 01 with straight pipe. Straight piped 3rd gens sound terrible, like a honda civic IMO. Unless you go to the 2nd gen manifold. This exhaust is nice and deep and I'm pretty happy with it.
Airdog install was PIA. I cut the muffler out while I was doing this so I could get better access to the top of the tank. That little clip is stubborn.
Mounting the pump on my short box required a bunch of modification. I drilled 2 extra holes in the bracket and cut the aluminum spacer to make it fit. But I got it in parallel with the frame rail
Also tightening the fittings by the CP3 is tight with big wrenches
I have a fuel pressure gauge installed in the truck but don't have the line hooked up yet, so I'm not sure on pressures.
I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUIETNESS OF THE AIR DOG. I drove an 05 Cummins with 5" Magnaflow and a FASS pump and could here that **** thing all the time. Was really annoying. Can't hear the Air Dog at all. Just when you initially flick on the key before starting.
OVERALL, THUMBS UP FOR BOTH.
However, the Air Dog could use a better mount for short boxes.

I think it looks and sounds great! Thanks for the vids. I agree with you that the staightpiped 3rd gens dont sound all that great. Plus I really dont want to hear the exhaust inside the cab all the time, especially while towing!!!
Have you towed with that setup yet? Curious about in cab drone.

Have not towed with it yet to comment on it. I really can't hear it at all empty though.
Loved the way my 01 sounded straight piped but just can't stand the straight pipe on the 3rd gen.
Would like to get a 2nd gen manifold and maybe a Garrett turbo though.
