Awesome! I really dig those tail lights, they integrated nicely. I've been thinking about a set myself, but thought they may look to ricerish on a truck. Now, how about a couple pics under the hood...

That is what I was hoping to see... pop the hood, snap a couple pics. Let's see those gauges, too. Awesome looking truck, and congrats on the engagement.

W-O-W...one beauty of a truck, no doubt about it. Good thing I am only looking at pictures of it, cause I think if I saw it in person you might get a little upset at me drooling all over it.

I agree the dual exhaust would look even better; it was not available when I purchased mine. I love symetry so I may change that.

I plan on jet coating the exhaust black since it is so hard to keep an exhaust polished and the grungy silver isn't black or chrome so it doesn't really go with the rig.

: Thanks! Emily says thank you as well (my fiancé). Thank you for all of your patience and help through this! I cannot wait to get the Smarty on as well!

Patriot 2500: Those are Depo tail lights and those are the "smoked" version.

: Aren't all Texans supposed to like things as big as possible, LOL But seriously, I do know what you mean. I WISH I could go bigger, but Dodge made very small wheel wells when you consider the size of the truck. The fact that I could drive on the road (not off-road) in my H2 running a 38x15.50 with just a little plastic trimming shows how small these heavy duty trucks' wheel wells are. I am looking into a 295/60/22.5 tire imported from Australia (if it passes DOT) to get a little more width on the tires, because to me they are a little skinny; but we shall see!

Thanks again guys and I will DEFINITELY keep you informed on the power numbers when she gets to the Cummins place.

And lastly, Megzilla...Not bad!!!
Wait, do you mean switch to 4" duals? Or is there a 5" dual kit available now? The truck is beautiful man. Im a fan of black wheels too so if you blacked out the wheels (black chrome would be sick) it would look that much better to me. A much more rugged, "i mean business" look. IMHO.

Nate: Gotta rock the Burberry !

Duallydog: You don't want my budget now, because it is basically down to $0!!!

RBM: I agree, I was very pleased to see how they turned out.

djgaston: I will pop some pictures this evening. My flash should be sufficient. I will also take some interior photos. Give me an hour or so.

***700: Yes, the shorty seems to get BETTER reception than the stock one. Big surprise, bad stock equipment !!!

Greasemonki: Drooling is fine, the ENTIRE truck is Mylared!!

Boz007: 5" Duals is what I thought he was referring to. That was not available when I got the 5" single which is why I do not have it!

EDIT It won't let me type in W T F 700's name !??!?!

That's odd. I think that you must have cookies, or some security setting blocking you from seeing the pictures. Do you have cookies allowed for imageshack.us ?

Wiggs, what is the total height of those tires? Any idea how heavy they are?
Did you have to have them mounted at a big rig shop or did they ship them already set up?

36.9" is overall diameter. I think the tires are 108 lbs. a piece! They were shipped already mounted but NOT balanced. You have to have that done at a big rig place with them already ON your vehicle. I'm hoping to put on 295/60s soon if I find out they are D.O.T. approved.

That's the one thing (along with the the 5 G's) that scares me with them. If they had 22.5's in something like a 34.5" diameter they would be more suitable for people that tows a 5th wheel.

What does the extra 1.2" of height do? I plan on towing a GN trailer.
