From what I can tell the afe stage 2 intake seems to be the most popular choice for the 5.9 ctd. How do some of the other intakes compare? Such as the air-raid, k&n, and the quad monster? I do beleive that the quad now comes with a afe air filter as part of the intake kit. I was leaning towards one of these because they are less expensive. But as they say you get what you pay for. I just dont want to second guess myself later on.

 

I have had AFE on all of my trucks, I know that they are more expensive than the others. I really like the sound of the turbo with the afe (it whistles) alot
