8 to 10 lug adapters for 22.5s

I have a 2nd gen, but I thought I would post this here since there seem to be more 3rd gen trucks on this site with 22.5s.

So I am looking at putting a set of 22.5s on my truck and need adapters. I am about to start a machining class at the local community college for fun. I figure this may give me the opportunity to make a set of adapters for my truck.

Does anyone have any pictures / diagrams / CAD drawings of a set of 8 to 10 lug adapters. The wheels im looking at are 10 x 285.75 mm.

Anyone know of a good place online to get the correct wheel studs? What thread are they?

Also if anyone has any pictures of 2nd gen duallys on 22.5s post them up just for fun.

By the way, I posted this here thinking its an accessory, but I dont know if this is the right place.
