Great looking trucks in this post!!! A lot of original ideas and personalities of these trucks ( I am sure just like their owners)... Well if that is the case I am a plain "stock" kind of guy! Ha. Not really, just waiting on some money to get a personality!!! Kind of like adding alcohol huh??? Seriously, here is my stock (for now) 2003. One picture of it "at work" pulling our 5er and one at a campsite earlier this year!

Air ride would be bad a$$! I had an airbagged s10 and I loved it. Rode like a caddy and I could drop it in the weeds when parked, top of the cab to the ground was only 47 inches tall .

Trust me...I've been looking. There isn't MUCH travel on the front. 22's are next for it then I'm gonna color match (ala Laramie Package) all the chrome and debadge it. Depending on how the 22's fill it will depend on how I drop it. I wish they made a spindle....

They make lowering spindles? Greg Hogue said they're running half ton front suspension and it's a bolt on mod. I wonder if we could buy lowering spindles for a half ton? Mine's just used as a play truck that I drive to work, so it doesn't really matter.

You can drop the front quite a bit, its the rear that limits you...
On a 2nd gen, you either need to C-notch the frame, or flip the springs to under the axle...
I think about 5-6" on the rear of a 2nd gen, and youre basically riding on the bumpstops(or dang close to it), and its also really close to bottoming out on the frame if you modify/lose the bumpstops...
