1st mod, biggest bang for the buck?
If you want the best bang for the buck I would second getting the Edge J/A. It will include guages and some nice power that will not totally gut your tranny. Pick up a good used one, try it for a year or two until you have your money saved up for tranny upgrades, then go with the bigger power adders if you like.
Quad XZT is a great addition. Even better is the new X2 with the downloadable programs from Quadzilla via internet. I've got an X2 XZT in the classified section as well. Used it very briefly for about a week; never saw over 1300° with it at WOT. Makes a very nice increase in towing power since that is what it was designed for.

I have an xzt and commander with fuel pressure I am about to give away for free to a buddy locally because it just seems no one wants the whole package that I paid almost nine hundred for with shipping. I am leaving my new truck stock and would like to gather enough money to get four analog gauges. Open to offers. On my 06 I had the local shop delete the muffler for $50 and cut some holes in the bottom of the air box and the xzt was some sweet power with a bit better mileage. By the way guys I can get a set of h2's for $150 think I should jump on them? It looks like I could move them here if I don't end up using them. No I'm not in the parts resale buisness but $150 seems like a good deal especially if I want to go with some of those new toyo 285-75-17 later.
