K so i was browsing the web today and went to PPE's website and saw that they have an Excellerator available for the 6.7 now. And they are claiming 215HP and 325 lb. Ft at the crank Now im not to sure what that means at the wheel but sholdnt it still be somewhere in the 125-150HP and 275-300Lb. Ft? If so that is leaps and bounds over the other programmers out there. Has anyone ever owned one of there programmers? Are they any good?

 

Probably 160-170HP rear wheel. It's a rough estimate. I divided the crank horsepower (dyno) by 1.26.

They make real good tunes for the dmax and alot of guys from comp diesel run them on there 5.9 and think they are better than smartys and crazy larry.

 

Had a PPE on an 06 and then switched for an edge, the edge ran better even though it was only 100 hp not 215 guess it can just depend on the truck

 

I had their products on my Duramax, and loved it. Good service from them as well.

 

They make quick tunes.....current fastest CR is running PPE, and so are a few others in the 10's and low 11's.
