regen every 30-40 miles

With my juice/attitude in I am finally seeing what the heck is going on. With the edge on 1(milage) and the low end response at the lowest setting I am going into regen every 30 miles or so. I thought that it might have been becauser it was never going through a full regen but yesterday we took the quads out. 20 miles out was in regen the whole way 20 miles back, no regen. I thought wow, it finally got that done. Went to go to the bank this A.M. Boom, back into regen!!! Would running it on 0 for a while make a difference??

Am I finally seeing what is going on with this thing??

It should not be doing a regen that fast/soon. It sounds like it could be stuck in a regen mode and it will take a flash to fix it, otherwise it would have to be LSD (wrong fuel) instead of ULSD.

I noticed mine going into regen after 90 miles. I am on the lowest setting on the edge also.

No lsd here. We have been using ulsd for almost 3 years right after it came out. I will call Dodge tomorow and see how fast they try and void the warranty for the Edge. I know they are going to ask me how I know it is in regen. Guess I will lie and tell them I borrowed a monitor

My dealer has a turbo on B/O for me as well as a few other items(8300mi). They told me that they are seeing trouble with trucks starting @ the 30% full on CAt. Has anyone else heard this? Have not clue what he meens by trouble. I would have to assume Turbo problems etc. it CAT goes beyound 30% full. Steve
