P2000 Code
Yep - both the AT and the AU - have 24K miles on the truck and LOVE it - first problem. Also popped the P061A code and was thinking of having them both just cleared off and seeing what happens - but looking for advice from someone more knowledgeable!
Yeah the AU was supposed to take care of the 2000. I had that pop up a couple of times pre AU. I now have 3k miles since the flash with no codes. There's probably going to be a few more updates and they'll have this nailed.

I have the P2000 code right now. The truck is only 1 week old, sigh. I'm going down to the dealer tomorrow morning. I didn't see any specific list of fixes for the AU flash but the AT flash didn't seem to mention the P2000 code. Somewhere I saw a comment from another thread that a flash specifically to address the 2000 code was "coming soon" but I don't know how much to believe it.
Please post any resolution you receive and I'll do the same. The poor technicians at the dealership level must be flying blind with the new 6.7 motor and the many bugs that seem to have made it into production.

I just got back and don't know any more than when I started. They said the P2000 was a stored code and that my P0513 (skim key) was the active code, which they cleared. I don't have a good feeling about it but I'm hoping for the best.

Mike cleared itself off on the way to the dealer. Since when speaking with my local dealer I figured that through this board I already knew more than them - I just canceled!
It came on right after I fueled at a suspect station, and went off after I refueled where I normally do. I am thinking I may have had Bio diesel which can send off the P2000 code

I know it's hard but going to a dealer with a bad attitude is not the thing to do. Just try and keep calm and work with each other and most of the time you and the dealer learn something new (at least thats what I have found).
OK - just got back from the dealer and I'm more confused than ever. The last time I had 2 codes, P2000 (NOX) and P0513 (skim key). I focused on the P2000, which sounded more serious but the service writer said the tech showed that was a stored code, meaning it was not really something they would need to work on and the tech concentrated on the P0513 code, which he cleared and said I was good to go.
Today I also saw 2 codes, P2000 (showed first) and P0128 (cooling system rationality). Again I thought the P2000 was the big deal but the tech's equipment didn't seem to think it was important and the tech concentrated on the P0128. The service writer brought me the flow chart paperwork the tech followed to diagnose a fan clutch problem. In both cases the P2000 didn't seem to be of much interest to the technicians. It's like their diagnostic tools sort of ignore the P2000. I hadn't noticed any problems with the cooling system. The gauge always read OK and the A/C worked, which implies a functional fan.
So now I've had 2 check engine lights in 2 days. I asked again for them to put in the AU flash but they won't do it because they're not seeing problems specifically related to the issues the new flash was meant to fix.
They gave me a rental and told me the new fan clutch would be installed tomorrow. I have a bad feeling about this. Somehow I think there's something fundamentally wrong with the truck and each of the new codes is a symptom and not the real problem. If I'm right I'll take it home an in a short time have a new CEL with yet another wierd code.
It's wierd that the P2000 comes up every time but the star scan system sort of tells the techs to ignore it.
