P1507, P1508, P2579, P2580 Crank Case Filte and Turbo Speed Sensor

Hi guys, I have a check engine light that keeps going on and off every couple days. When I check the codes it shows;

P1507, P1508
These have to do with the Crank Case filter drawing too much restriction.

P2579, P2580
These both have to do with the Turbo Speed Sensor.

First, I dont' notice anything wrong when driving the truck. I replaced the Crank Case filter and unhooked the battery to hopefully clear the fault codes. 2 days later the check engine light went on again with the same 4 codes.

Any suggestions???

2008, 4x4, 2500, 6.7 liter, 186,000 miles.

Most likely sensor, check wiring to sensor (turbo speed sensor) in turbo also battery gounds and ecm. Sensor is overpriced in my opinion, but what isn't these days. You may want to try online for better price.

I would suggest getting your batteries LOAD TESTED. A weak battery can cause all sorts of strange problems. If they are the OEMs, they are about due anyway. Replace both if one is bad. If that is not the problem, pull the turbo speed sensor and check it for any crud buildup on the end of it.
