Greetings. Love the site. I bought a new, red, 6.7,auto,4x4, quad cab, 3.73 back in May. I have been reading this site and others, and thought I would finally join one. Truck was awesome until 2200 miles (now 9000) then dash dinged, light went on. In five seconds truck is barely running. I am able to get into turn lane, and then in Wendys lot. Truck will start and idle fine but would not handle any acceleration. Towed in to dealer. Rental car. Same day dealer calls me and truck is fine! Light went off by itself, they have no explanation.To shorten this fiasco story; light came on many times, shop 4 more times, rental cars, one loaner truck when they realized I was not leaving. I called DC customer service 4 times. P2262 was the code. New turbo at 5100 miles. I was discouraged to see the soot build up in a turbo at only 5100 m. No problems since new turbo. In the beginning of this mess I think I new as much about these trucks as any one in the self proclaimed 5 star dealer. I love the truck now. Power is very nice. The sensors and computer make me a little worried for long term usage. I will definately re-evaluate keeping this truck when all the warranty is about up. All I want to do is put the biggest AT tires on it that I can. Sorry for the long post.

 

Got mine in May also , have 9000 miles on now , same truck just a different color. I have not had 1 min. of poor performance altho I've had the P245a code several times and the P2262 code once. Dealer told me they would replace the turbo if that one reappears.
It's been 3 weeks and over 1m miles since EGR valve was cleaned for the second time and so far no more codes. Hope it continues and hope your problems are over too. Good luck.
