2008 2500 deleted H&S delete kit smarty JR running great from the last 4 years problem free, 45,000 miles a year ,271,000 miles manual trans 4x4

so we pulled the head off, had it decked with a valve job. new gasket set from thoroughbred diesel. after a valve adjustment and reinstalling everything very strictly following the instructions we started it and it ran for about 45 seconds built great oil pressure, then died and would not restart.

we broke the fuel delivery line to the injection pump while working on it and replaced that with a cummins oem part. and we checked the low pressure pump is at 10 psi.

we bought a fuel rail pressure gauge and could only see 1000 psi...so we bought a new pump considering the millage and replaced it, same thing only 1k psi.

what now?

 

Any codes? How about the rail pressure relief valve?
