If it's an obd test (which I assume from your question) then there is no way to get two out of three of the I/M monitors into the ready state. I'm surprised you only have those three not ready but I haven't heard of anyone trying a badp cat eliminator box and a (delete?) tuner together. (Don't know that much about the Black Maxx tuner)

You could probably get the egr to ready state if you plug it in and (if possible) deselect it from the delete menu in the black maxx tuner (is it a delete capable or emissions legal tuner) but the O2 part will be harder.

The ECM expects to see O2 readings from the sensors that match the map in the ecm. These maps are based on a functioning exhaust system over all the operating conditions and as long as the cat and NAC aren't there the readings won't match.

I'm not sure on the status of the tuner I just bought the truck it's an h&s black Maxx I would imagine there is a way because it was in a state that had emission tests and as far as the egr stuff it has all been removed
