Just tested the Hypertech 6.7 Programmer!
I got the Hypertech 2 weeks ago and have it set on level 2. The power is immediately noticeable ,. I wasn't looking for huge power gains. It will , however smoke the tires from a dead stop without power braking. I'm just now checking the first tank of fuel for MPG.
On winter fuel over several tanks I was getting about 16.5 around town with the egr plug pulled.
I'll be checking several tanks and likely try level 3 as well. So far my overhead reads 18.2 and is usually off by .7 mpg , but we'll see. I'll be towing 11m lbs. down to Florida in a couple weeks and am anxious to see what I get then.

Towed 11k lbs. on level ground for 2500 miles and averaged 13.1 mpg.
I'd guess most of the better mileage came from unplugged EGR but the added power with the Hypertech set on level 2 was very nice and no problem whatsoever with egt's.
Heading out West in June we'll see how it performs when we go up and down some mountains.

I got an e-Con for the F-N-L's 08 and of course tried it out on mine. The nice thing was that the one I got came set up with the Max Energy tuning instead of the e-Con. I know that stage 3 was awesome once it got into 4th gear. It just kept pulling. Was alot more than I was expecting for just an easy programmer. Of course since it wasn't for me I called Hypertech and had it reset to the e-Con. Since it hasn't sold, I may call Hypertech and see what the upgrade fee would be to put it up to the Max Energy tune. Maybe to use at the track or dyno days only.

25% load on the dyno.
The egts on the dyno got to about 1150deg but out on the road on level 3 it will go to 1400deg.
I wonder what hypertech was doing when they dynoed their CC 268hp stock?
