Joints? Unit bearing?
Joints? Unit bearing?
Intermittant chatter like feeling when moving the truck very slow with wheels turned to the left. I am thinking that its the axle joint because of how the right one started like that and then got REAL bad and even made the truck hop the day I replaced it.
Or what else could it be? It only occurs when I am moving real slow. If i am making a left turn and move into it quickly, I do not get the chattering feeling.
I also noticed on a short highway run last night...about 120 miles, the passenger seat was shaking at 70 mph. When I back down to 65, the shuddering in the truck is gone. The shudder eventually becomes a constant vibration through the truck when I get up to 75-80.
I will check the carrier bearing and the rest of the u-joints. Most of my u-joints are greasable.
I know Chris will be on here posting some kind of meaningless post about his 9 volt pupe mobile so I might as well tell him now that he has no chance of ever coming close to the KUBOTA MOBILE in ANY race with that stupid underpowered tree huggin geek ride.
BAM!
