Idle up feature on Cummins diesels.

Hey people, I just replaced my '08 Ram 3500 with 6.7L with an almost identical one after my first one got totalled by a 75 year old woman who ran a red light and plowed into the side of me. Back in early '09 I had the high idle/ idle up feature enabled at the dealer which uses the cruise control to kick the idle up to about 1100 rpm for quicker warm ups or to jump someone else's rig. I went to the dealer who bought out the original dealer, to try to get this feature enabled on my replacement truck and nobody in the service department knew anything about this feature or how to perform it. Does anyone know how to accomplish this task without going through the dealer?
