If you're referring to the thread looking for shops to perform deletes, yes it was removed. It's being discussed currently in the admin section. If you wait just a bit I'm pretty sure you'll be able to put it back up but you might want to word it a little differently since the shops can be heavily fined for performing illegal deletes.
