Help truck won’t stay running

2008 Dodge Ram 2500 with 6.7.

While driving the truck down the road and accelerating/getting into it a little the truck would shut off (acting like it was starving for fuel) letting off the gas and the truck would re engage, as long as I would ease on the pedal the truck ran fine. Now the truck will start for a second and shut off will not stay running. I do have a low voltage code for the alternator. Do you think this could be causing a issue. No other codes or check engine lights etc with this problem. Checked pressure to the injector pump, that was good, outlet pressure was low causing the change in the pump now pressure to the rail is good... do you think injectors could be the problem??? Any help would be great.

THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN CHANGED:
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Injector pump
batteries
