Hi, took front tires off today and spun the rotors by hand, left side spins nicely and the right hand side has a sticking point, almost like a 4 stroke motor hitting the compression stroke, I assume this is not normal, any ideas on what it might be or where to start looking would be great. Its a 2009 3500 megacab 4 wheel drive

Make sure it is not a front u joint.

Bad spot on a rotor possibly. ?

 

I would put my money on u-joint, mega had it right.

 

I'm going to agree with u-joint. I just had this happen this week and thats what it turned out to be.
