electrical nightmare need help

I have a 2008 ram 2500 6.7, fully deleted, 4" back exhaust with mini maxx. I recently changed the water pump, a few steering components and exhaust manifold gaskets. when I started the truck my volts dropped to 12 and the check guages light came on along with the lightning bolt. the batteries died after a few hours of driving. I replaced both batteries and the alternator. cranked the truck, same problem but added a check engine light. all the sudden I'm throwing 30 codes and now I sit here with 2 brand new dead batteries. anyone have any idea what the he'll is going on.

Check ALL fuses do the big ones first. They are very hard to spot blown ones so use a meter.

I agree, you probably blew the big fuse at the PDC where the cable comes over from the passenger side. I think the codes you got are from too low a battery voltage.
